These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of splur.co.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

SPLUR is an independently run apparel brand based in India. Products are printed to order through a third-party production partner — nothing is mass-produced or held in bulk stock ahead of time.

Using this site

By using the Site, you confirm that:

  • Any information you give us at checkout (name, address, contact details) is accurate and current
  • You're using the Site for personal, lawful purposes — not for resale, fraud, or anything that violates Indian law
  • You won't attempt to access the Site through bots, scrapers, or other automated means
  • You're old enough, under Indian law, to enter into a binding purchase

We may refuse service or cancel an order if we reasonably believe any of the above isn't true.

Products, pricing & availability

Every item is made to order once you place it — we don't hold finished stock, so occasional delays or a design being temporarily unavailable can happen. Colours may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display differences and the printing process itself.

Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. We make a genuine effort to keep pricing, descriptions, and product images accurate, but if a genuine error slips through (a wrong price, wrong stock status), we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order — you'll be notified and refunded in full if that happens.

Orders & payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We don't store your card or payment details ourselves. Once an order is placed, it's sent for printing — see our Shipping and Refund policies for timelines and what happens if you need to change or cancel an order.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, the SPLUR name, and logo are the property of SPLUR. Buying a product doesn't transfer any rights to the design itself — please don't reproduce, resell, or repurpose our artwork without permission.

If you believe something on this Site infringes your own copyright, contact us at the email below and we'll look into it promptly.

Limitation of liability

We work in good faith to get every order right, but SPLUR isn't liable for indirect losses, delays caused by our courier or production partners once an order has left our hands, or issues arising from misuse of a product outside its intended purpose. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the business grows. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
