SPLUR ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use splur.co.in, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. We don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to get your order to you and keep you updated on it.

How your payment is handled

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — that information goes directly to Razorpay under their own security standards.

Who else sees your data

To fulfil your order, we share your shipping details (name, address, phone) with Qikink, our production and shipping partner, solely so your order can be printed and delivered. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.

Analytics

We use Shopify's built-in store analytics to understand overall traffic and site performance — things like page views and general browsing patterns. We don't run any additional third-party tracking or advertising pixels at this time.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email splur@outlook.in and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes as the business grows, we'll update this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
